DX was tasked with leveraging Kmart’s partnership with Adam Levine to create a digital presence for its celebrity clothing brand and drive online sales.
Over the course of 5 years, DX executed multi-channel digital marketing strategies designed to generate brand awareness, engage consumers, and increase revenue both online and in-store. Tactics included the creation of new social media properties, social and blog content, direct response paid media (social, SEM, display, dynamic marketing), e-mail marketing, influencer marketing, and giveaway promotions. In 2015, we designed and developed boutique e-commerce experiences on the Shopify platform that led to 60% increases in average order size and monthly online sales.

DX created brand pages for the collection on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to aggregate fashion-conscious brand evangelists for the Adam Levine Collection. Having organic social pages dedicated solely to the collection gave the brand its own voice, although posts are regularly shared by the official Adam Levine and Maroon 5 accounts. Through tasteful, fashion-conscious content creation, DX has organically grown the Adam Levine Collection audience to over 230,000 fans on social media.
DX manages a CRM list of over 100,000 Adam Levine Collection customers and creates newsletters for the brand three times a month. Clicks drive to a custom landing page on Kmart.com where customers can shop by gender, category, or style.
